Aquatec (6840-2J03-B221S) CDP-LFO Low Flow 6800 Series Booster Pump with 1/4" JG

The 6800 Series pumps were made for high flow reverse osmosis membranes up to 50 GPD.  These pumps are capabable of continuous duty and are effective for recirculation based applications as well.  They are ideally suited to work with hydropneumatic storage systems but are capatible with mst hydrualic shut-off valves also.  These pumps are commoly used with one or more of our flow control components including: pressure switches (PSW Series); tank level controllers (TLC Series) or electronic sut-off valves (ESO Series).

  • increases line pressure up to 60 psi. The pump is used on the supply line.
  • We strongly recommend the GE Merlin booster pump with all GE Merlin purchases because the Merlin operates best at 60 psi. The Merlin pump is a special variable speed pump that is made especially for the membranes in the Merlin system.
  •  If your feed water pressure is below 45 psi, the GE Merlin Pressure Booster Pump is a required part for the GE MERLIN TANKLESS SYSTEM   to operate properly.
    • The GE Merlin reverse osmosis system works on water pressures of 40 psi (2.8 bar) minimum to 80 psi (5.5 bar) maximum. Water pressure can be reduced by installing a pressure reducing valve in the water supply pipe to the RO system. This GE Merlin booster pump should be used for low pressure applications.
    • The GE Merlin Booster Pump is designed to synchronize the proper pressure and flows to the GE Merlin Reverse Osmosis System to gain optimum efficiency and permeate recovery.
